High-pressure boosters for an efficient compressed air supply
This complete system has it all: With a new design featuring a footprint approximately half the size of their predecessors, CN C and DN C series boosters look as good on the inside as they do on the outside. A new component layout not only ensures optimisation of the cooling air flow, but also provides improved maintenance access.
Furthermore, the revised SIGMA CONTROL 2 controller provides new, multiple monitoring and control options with an assortment of interfaces, as well as being fully compatible with master control systems, thereby offering the facility for dynamic control.
On SFC versions of the DN C series, compressor flow rate is matched to the actual air demand of the application in question, which means that only as much energy is consumed as is needed to produce the exact amount of compressed air required.
CN C series performance parameters:
7.5 – 22 kW
Initial pressure: 3 – 10 bar
Final pressure: 10 – 45 bar
Flow rate: 0.8 – 8.0 m³/min
DN C series performance parameters:
22 – 45 kW
Initial pressure: 3 – 10 bar
Final pressure: 10 – 45 bar
Flow rate: 2.26 – 19.60 m³/min
Optional features:
High-pressure boosters are available as air or water-cooled versions. CN C series high-pressure boosters are delivered as standard with air-cooling. A version equipped for nitrogen compression, sealed to prevent outside air from penetrating, is also available (N2 version).
Applications:
PET bottle production, process air applications, nitrogen generation, high pressure for testing facilities, e.g. for pressure tests, burst pressure tests, and pulse tests (on brakes, coolers, etc.).
Your benefits:
Compact footprint:
This unique, space-saving system is compact yet powerful, therefore no need to compromise on performance, reliability or energy efficiency!
Minimal installation effort:
DN C and CN C boosters are delivered ready for connection to a power supply. The systems can be configured for a large number of applications, including self-monitoring applications.
Save service costs
thanks to the new design with access from the front. This configuration was made possible thanks to a new component layout, which also reduces the effort required for maintenance tasks, such as when performing belt changes.
